I also just adopted my 10th rescue dog, an adorable pup we named “Penny” who now shares our home with our Jack Russell “Bailey”.
If you have any questions, feedback or concerns or just want to chat please feel free to communicate with me anytime. I want this to be the best preschool around and look forward to watching your children grow!

I always try my best to work as a team member and be helpful.

I fell very blessed to be part of the Nobis Preschool’s team. I look forward to continuing to expand my knowledge within the field and fulfill my goal of teaching and learning from children under my care.

I’m a local resident of San Clemente and have lived in South County since 1993. I’m married to my wonderful husband David, and we have six grown adult children, and three grandchildren, between us.
Four of the six children reside in South County, with three in San Clemente, and one right here in Capo Beach.
My hobbies are camping, traveling and swimming as I was once a competitive swimmer in which I was able to compete on a national and International level, and I provide private swim lessons, when I’m not teaching Preschool.
I’m entering my twenty-second year of teaching. I have my Certification in Early Childhood Education, along with my Administration of Schools.
I love the home feel in which Nobis Preschool provides along with the location of having many wonderful resources close by.
I look forward to working with a nice group of caring teachers and being a part of this wonderful team.
Thank you for your support for a successful school year, as we have fun while learning.

I love children and I am so happy to work at Nobis and be in touch with the children daily. To me all of them are lovely and I try my best to not only take care of them, but also take interest in each one. When I see that they are happy and comfortable I too feel joy and happiness. My hobbies are reading historic books and traveling, walking and camping.
I am happy to be a member of the team in the Infant Room.
My name is Danika
I grew up in San Clemente and am still living there now. I graduated from San Clemente High School and am currently a student at Saddleback College.
I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. I started out working for the children’s ministries at Shoreline Church, with children from 3 months to 5 years of age. I worked there for 3 years. It was such a wonderful experience and made me realize what a passion I have for working with kids!
When I’m not working or at school, I like to do a lot of volunteer work. I have been volunteering at the Special Olympics for 7 years now. I also try and help out as much as I can at the soup kitchen that my aunt owns, called Someone Cares Soup Kitchen. I really feel that it is important to give back to our communities. I have learned so much from the people I have worked with and am so grateful to have had such opportunities.
I am so happy and excited to be a part of the staff here at Nobis! There’s nothing better than seeing so many smiling faces when I come to work!
Hi! I’m Ms. Jessica,
My name is Jessica Yaffe and I am delighted to have found Nobis Preschool shortly after relocating to Laguna Beach from Santa Clarita. I discovered my love for children while enrolled in the Regional Occupational Program in high school. From that moment on those little minds became my passion. I was hooked and committed to a career in this field. I continued my schooling at College of the Canyons and received my certification in Early Childhood Education. Since high school I have worked at a pre-school and have experienced all age groups from infants to pre-k.
I have learned from my own experience that every child is unique and learns differently. I have embraced the Montessori program because they acknowledge each child’s unique way of learning. My success in this field is partly due to others who acknowledged and nurtured my unique way of learning. I hope to do the same for all the children that I have the privilege to work with. Their young faces make me smile and fill my heart.
In my spare time I enjoy walking on the beach and reminding myself how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place! I also like to exercise with people who share the same interest. Lastly, I like to spend time with my family and friends, relax, and enjoy stress free activities.
Hi! I’m Ms. Shirin
I am currently studying Child Development at Orange Coast College. I have twenty five years experience of motherhood. Throughout my life I have dedicated a lot of time to take care of children and I must say I enjoy every minute of it.
I believe a child’s education is the most valuable thing in the world. Knowledge is the power and I recognize that the earlier it begins the better for the child. Thank you for sharing your little angels with me!
